PRESCHOOL SUMMER PROGRAM 2026
•COORDINATOR in the Westfield Public School District. This program is scheduled to begin July 7, 2025 and end July 17, 2026. The duration of the program is for two weeks, Monday through Friday.
Training Dates:
July 1, 2026 (9:00 am to 12:00 pm)
Coordinator Hours:
7:45 a.m. 2:15 p.m. Monday•
FridayStudent Hours:
8:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m. Monday•Friday
COORDINATOR
(Not to exceed 114 hours)Hiring of Summer School staff members.

Oversee curriculum implementation and instruction.

Support the implementation of the instruction.

Supervise instructional staff.

Maintain student attendance records.

Manage the day to day operations of the summer school program.

Address any student disciplinary issues.

Support and supervise student volunteers.

Create teacher schedules.

Communicate with parents regarding student progress and attendance.

Coordinate enrollment and class placements.

Order supplies.

Collect time cards.

Support both staff and students to create a positive learning climate and community.

Attend all training sessions prior to program start date.

Perform any duties that may be assigned by the Director of Curriculum and Instruction.
