Key Qualifications:
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing Prior experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy preferred Ability to evaluate, implement, and modify treatment plans aligned with physician guidance and patient goals Comfortable with delegating, supervising, and collaborating with other therapy professionals Commitment to ongoing professional development and upholding ethical standards
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans to ensure effective return to community activities Document medical records clearly, accurately, and promptly, including assessments, goals, and outcomes Prioritize safety in all aspects of care, including safe patient handling and adherence to infection control policies Engage in education for patients, families, students, and peers Comply with clinic guidelines, attendance, and appearance standards Actively participate in performance improvement initiatives and continuing education
