Full Time Email Me This Job CI Campaign Manager ?? Bethesda, MD ?? Full Time | On Site Join Synertex LLC and support a mission that directly impacts the U.S. Intelligence Community. We are seeking an CI Engagement Campaign Manager to lead strategic customer engagement initiatives supporting a high-visibility Intelligence Community program. This role serves as the primary liaison between Government leadership, mission users, and technical teams to promote program capabilities, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure mission requirements are effectively communicated and executed. The ideal candidate has extensive Intelligence Community experience, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to develop and manage strategic engagement campaigns. Working closely with the Program Management Office (PMO), Government stakeholders, and technical personnel, you will coordinate executive engagements, gather mission user feedback, and ensure the program continues to deliver measurable mission value.

Requirements:

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 10+ years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), or other national security organizations. Experience supporting Government Program Managers, senior executives, or mission leadership on complex intelligence programs. Demonstrated experience developing and executing stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, or mission adoption campaigns. Strong understanding of Intelligence Community organizations, missions, and customer engagement processes. Proven ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with Government customers and mission stakeholders. Experience coordinating activities across technical, operational, and executive-level organizations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive briefings, presentations, and correspondence. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems, and improving mission outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and strategic engagement campaigns that promote program capabilities and increase mission user awareness, adoption, and satisfaction. Serve as the primary engagement lead between Government leadership, mission users, and the Program Management Office. Create executive briefings, presentations, read-ahead packages, talking points, white papers, and other communication products supporting Government strategic communication objectives. Identify key stakeholders and develop tailored engagement strategies that align with mission priorities and customer needs. Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, customer demonstrations, site visits, and mission engagement events. Develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for new users and stakeholders. Collect, analyze, and report engagement metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend continuous process improvements. Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc engagement reports, dashboards, and executive status updates. Provide engagement updates and performance metrics for Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), including accomplishments, risks, planned activities, and customer feedback. Maintain engagement documentation in accordance with Government records management and information protection requirements. Coordinate visitor access, clearance verification, and escort activities in compliance with Government security procedures. Identify engagement risks, issues, and customer concerns while recommending mitigation strategies to Government leadership and Contract Management. Collaborate with technical teams and the PMO to identify emerging mission requirements and improve customer adoption of program capabilities. Support strategic planning efforts by identifying opportunities to expand mission impact and strengthen customer partnerships. Perform additional engagement and program support duties as assigned by the Government Program Manager or Contract Leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting executive-level engagements within the Intelligence Community. Experience developing strategic communications plans or customer engagement campaigns.
