Position Overview:
Defines systems scope and objectives, documents business and user requirements, and manages the integration of new capabilities into business operations. Advises the PMO on benefits realization and delivery timing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business and industry requirements. Perform analysis of business and user needs; document requirements and translate into proper specifications. Provide consultation on complex projects as a top-level contributor across most phases of systems analysis. Plan and manage the realization of benefits through integration of new capabilities within business practices; define benefits that support strategic program objectives . Maintain focus on organizing and managing how time and resources are invested. Advise the PMO on whether outputs and outcomes will lead to the realization of new business processes. Optimize the timing of new deliverable releases into business operations.
REQUIREMENTS
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required , including additional security screenings Education and Experience Requirements Candidates must meet the following minimum education and relevant experience combinations by level:
