Program Manager Minimum Qualifications Summary Certification & Education

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution Experience Required
  • At least five (5) years of experience providing technical assistance, including at least one (1) year in personnel management and oversight of contract performance.

Job Objective The Office of Administrative Operations (OAO) of the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) requires a contractor to provide Business Analysis and Policy Development Support to NCCIH executive leadership and staff. The Acting Executive Officer will work closely with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to manage all contract services to ensure successful delivery of high-quality work products and support to meet stakeholder business needs, managing risks proactively and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Empower and support NCCIH leadership and staff in assessing, planning, executing, and managing portfolio, program, and/or project activities to achieve Strategic Plan goals
  • Meet with the COR to review tasks' workstream status, needs, and risks on a weekly basis or as needed
  • Provide the COR and CO budget estimates and updates for individual NCCIH portfolios, programs, and/or projects being supported under this contract.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory of all workstream work products and deliverables and ensure task workstream leads maintain documentation in NCCIH Teams Sites as appropriate.
  • Provide project planning, coordination, and management support at the request of the COR, as needed.
  • Coordinate with COR, subject matter experts and/or CO as needed to facilitate information sharing and insight into workstream subject matter best practices, as needed.
  • Foster outreach and engagement with leadership and stakeholders, including but not limited to developing and facilitating information gathering sessions, emails, decision memos, presentations, training, templates, and resources as appropriate.
