Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt Monday- Friday, 8:30am

Location:
Forestville, MD Key Responsibilities:
Develop program curriculum and oversee service delivery and billing Supervise staff and provide leadership in program growth and development Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies Assist in the creation and implementation of new programs and services Monitor financials and cultivate an environment of integrity and cultural awarenessQualifications:

Pay Range :
$58,629- $65,664 per year, paid bi-weekly.
Other Compensation:
Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).PTO :
New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).Holidays :
8 paid holidays per yearRetirement :
403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.Health Benefits :
