Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day activities across engineering, research, and technology programs and initiatives Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and competing priorities Track program performance and maintain reports, dashboards, and project monitoring tools Support the administration and tracking of research projects, contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements Coordinate communications with members, committees, government agencies, universities, consultants, and industry partners Support committee and task-force activities and help keep stakeholders aligned on projects Assist with sustainability, innovation, technology, and industry partnership initiatives Maintain accurate program data and provide leadership with visibility into project status, milestones, and potential risks Develop and improve processes, workflows, tools, and systems to increase efficiency Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Experience in program management, project coordination, research administration, association operations, or a related field strongly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with dashboards, databases, project tracking systems, or other data management tools is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and proactively move projects forward Close attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reporting Comfortable communicating with technical experts, researchers, industry professionals, and external stakeholders Experience with civil engineering, nonprofit organizations, research programs, contract or grant administration, stakeholder engagement, or technology platforms is a plus Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders
