Signature Reduction Specialist aqua IT Hanover, MD Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Qualifications Security policy creation DoD experience Policy & process development Interdisciplinary policy and procedure development Intelligence community Policy Development Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Signature Reduction Specialist to assist with identity management, operational security, and mission readiness activities within a classified environment. This individual will help develop and maintain policies, procedures, and operational processes that support secure mission execution while ensuring compliance with established government requirements. Responsibilities Supports the development, review, processing, and execution of Identity Data Management (IdDM) plans, annexes, policies, and directives. Maintains knowledge of established IdDM plans to ensure that they support current and future operations. Prepares and delivers IdDM training to support and enhance unit readiness. Performs organizational, individual, and operational due diligence IAW DoD policies to maintain plans, mechanisms, travel awareness, and related systems. Evaluates the sustainability of the unit's IDdm tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Develops responses to IdDM requirements and assigned taskers while engaging associated organizations for support and collaborating or coordinating on externally generated requirements. Supports the daily management and oversight of IdDM Operational Security, including, but not limited to, the maintenance, issuance, tracking, recovery, inventory, and turn-in of IdDM program items. Manages the cover registry and requirements in USD(I&S) systems of record. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 8+ years of relevant experience supporting operational, security, identity management, or related programs. Demonstrated ability to develop policies, procedures, training materials, and program documentation. Experience working within Department of Defense or Intelligence Community environments. Active TS/SCI clearance
