Job Description

Currently, we are seeking a Project Analyst, Senior - UMCS - Reliability and Maintainability. This role supports our Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Support to the tailoredUMCS R&M
process direct to the AIRWorks UMCS Project Lead and Lead engineer- Develop and evaluate Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) Program Plans and requirements for aircraft/ground control stations
- Perform R&M analyses, predictions, allocations, and calculate R&M metrics
- Perform R&M criticality and risk assessments, FMEA/FMECA, and Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs)
- Attend and support Reliability Control Board (RCB) and Failure Review Board (FRB) meetings
- Review Engineering Change Proposals for R&M considerations
- Determine key R&M metrics, identify problem areas, and assist in developing design modifications and Engineering Change Proposals
- Support reliability development growth testing (reliability qualification tests)
- Support
IHMS/BIT
design/development process- Collect R&M data from and populate FRACAS databases
- Generate various reports outlining findings and recommendations Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Basic Requirements:
A Senior level person within a labor category has over 10 years of experience related to the functional duties for that labor category and a MA/MS degree. A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.Education Requirements:
MA/MS with 10+ years of experience.Acceptable substitutions:
BA/BS and 14+ years of relevant experience OR AA/AAS and 16+ years of relevant experience.Security Clearance:
Secret (must be a US Citizen).Telework and Travel:
