POSITION SUMMARY

Telecare Services is seeking a Program Manager for the Eastern Shore Regional Office (ESRO) to support growth in high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

. Drive referral growth for services like community living group homes, supported living, personal supports, community development services (CDS) and employment services through marketing, outreach, and strategic referral development Ensure compliance with DDA, state, federal regulations, overseeing the referral lifecycle (screening, intake, placement), building partnerships with CCS agencies, families, and community stakeholders, monitoring program performance and client satisfaction. Maintaining accurate documentation (e.g progress notes, incident reports, MARs,) leading community engagement events, collaborating with clinical, and operations teams and analyzing referral metrics Managing a team of Direct Support Professionals and Administrative Support Staff

PERIENCE

Prior management and referral experience as a CCS (CCS Supervisor is preferred) 3+ years experience within the Maryland DDA system, including familiarity with ESRO territories, Public Health, Business Development, or related field Bachelor's degree and a background in Social Work, Human Services or a related field Understanding of DDA service models and waiver programs Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within ESRO regions

COMPENSATION

The Salary is $100,000 with mileage reimbursement for travel to residential sites 15 days paid time-off and 5 days sick leave
