Program Management SME

Savvee Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Management SME to support our federal client onsite in Camp Springs, MD. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to government stakeholders, guiding complex, multi-agency initiatives from strategy through delivery. If you excel at balancing operational priorities, translating performance data into clear insights, and providing executive-level guidance to drive informed decision-making, this position could be a good fit for you.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Serving as the primary customer Point of Contact, or POC.
• Leading program execution across people, process, and technology.
• Managing budgets, staffing, schedules, and risk.
• Coordinating across the client's departments.
• Overseeing Agile adoption, governance, and reporting.
• Driving data-driven decision making and performance metrics.
• Providing executive-level briefings and recommendations.
• Performing additional duties as assigned in support of evolving contract requirements and client needs.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• One or more of the following certifications: PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or similar professional certification

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Ten or more years of progressive program or project management experience
• Five or more years of managing large-scale federal programs
• Five or more years supporting immigration policy, DHS/USCIS environments, or identity/verification systems
• Must have the ability to obtain the client's suitability
• A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products
• Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AI-assisted tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A highly motivated self-starter
• Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
