Job Summary The Program Manager - New Product Introduction is responsible for leading cross-functional efforts to successfully launch new products into manufacturing. This role serves as the primary owner of program execution from customer award through production launch, ensuring timing, quality, cost, and customer requirements are met. The Program Manager will also lead and manage the PPAP process, coordinating documentation, risk mitigation, and customer approvals to support successful part validation and production readiness. This is a None-Sponsored position. Key Responsibilities New Product Introduction & Program Management Lead end-to-end program execution for new products entering the manufacturing environment, from kickoff through production launch. Develop and manage program timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales. Serve as the primary customer and internal point of contact for assigned programs. Manage program risks, issues, and change requests using structured problem-solving methods. Drive on-time launches while meeting quality, cost, and performance targets. PPAP & Customer Requirements Own and manage the PPAP process for new and changed products in accordance with customer and AIAG requirements. Ensure completion, accuracy, and submission of PPAP documentation including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, Dimensional Results, Capability Studies, and PSW. Coordinate customer PPAP submissions, approvals, and feedback. Lead corrective actions for PPAP rejections or conditional approvals. Maintain PPAP records and ensure compliance with internal and customer retention requirements. Manufacturing & Process Readiness Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure tooling, processes, and equipment are production-ready. Support feasibility reviews, design reviews, and manufacturing readiness assessments. Drive launch readiness activities including trial runs, pilot builds, and run-at-rate events. Monitor launch performance and stabilize processes into full production. Communication & Reporting Prepare and deliver program status updates to leadership and customers. Track and report key program metrics including schedule, cost, quality, and risks. Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure clear action tracking and accountability. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-7 years of experience in program, project, or product management within a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience managing PPAP submissions and customer approvals. Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and manufacturing quality systems. Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive or highly regulated manufacturing environments. Familiarity with
ISO/IATF
quality management systems. Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent). Experience working directly with customers on product launches and quality topics. Pay:
