Minimum of one- year Assistant Director experience. Minimum of Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education Ability to communicate positively with children, families, partners, and other team members. Program Management and Operations:
Implements all policies and procedures in accordance with Caterpillar Corner Childcare's vision, mission, philosophy, and core values. Implements all policies and procedures in accordance with the State of Michigan's Child Care Licensing Division. Takes enforcement action when policies are not followed. Ensure the center operates in compliance with licensing rules for Childcare centers in the State of Michigan, the CACFP, Early Head Start, Head Start, GSRP, and the State of Michigan's Child Development and Care Subsidy Program. Manage all inspections and the licensing renewal process in conjunction with the center owner. Attend Monthly Director's
