This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead program development, coordinate educational initiatives, and support research activities. The Program Coordinator will serve as a vital link between faculty, students, and administrative teams, ensuring the smooth operation and continual growth of our radiology education and research programs. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, leadership, and a passion for advancing medical education and radiology research. Duties Coordinate daily operations of Pediatric Radiology and Radiology programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication among faculty, students, and staff Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum components to enhance educational quality and align with institutional goals Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and assist with grant proposal writing to secure funding for innovative projects Lead recruitment efforts for residents, fellows, students, and research staff by organizing interviews and onboarding processes Facilitate academic advising sessions for students and trainees to support their educational progress and career development Organize workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote professional development in radiology disciplines Collaborate with university administration on accreditation processes, compliance standards, and strategic planning initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in health sciences, education administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Proven experience in project management within an academic or healthcare setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills for grant writing, curriculum development, and stakeholder engagement Demonstrated experience in budgeting, administrative management, and recruiting processes Knowledge of higher education teaching methods and curriculum development principles Experience working with students or trainees in a university environment is highly desirable Ability to develop collaborative relationships across departments to foster program growth and innovation Join us in shaping the future of pediatric radiology education!
