This role will oversee onsite service engagements supporting aerospace engineering programs and manage a team of consultants across multiple projects. The Program Lead is responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing consultant performance, and acting as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure delivery success. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations for assigned service programs and consultant teams Serve as the primary point of contact for customer coordination and communication Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing performance of consultants Track program deliverables, budgets, purchase orders, and service-level agreements Organize and present complex data (Excel-based reporting, dashboards, etc.) to stakeholders Coordinate with internal teams (finance, recruiting, leadership) on program needs Conduct regular status updates with internal teams and clients Identify risks within programs and support mitigation plans Support pricing sheets, RFPs, and project coordination activities Required Bachelor's degree 6+ years of professional experience 2+ years of program, project, or team management experience Strong Excel skills with ability to organize and communicate data effectively to customers Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience supporting engineering services or technical programs Exposure to aerospace or highly regulated environments Familiarity with software development or systems engineering workflows Experience managing multiple projects, purchase orders, or client-facing operation Team & Environment Support approximately 28 consultants across active projects Work closely with internal leadership, finance, and recruiting teams Act as the central coordination point for ongoing aerospace programs Location & Work Model Onsite presence required for onboarding/offboarding and key activities Low to minimal travel expected (may evolve over time)

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
