Victors Edge™ Program Coordinator/Facilitator

The Victors Edge™ Program Coordinator/Facilitator will grow the character- based leadership program in an experiential programming model. This leader will cultivate relationships with schools and organizations in our local communities and seven county regions. They will create Victors Edge™ experiences to maximize the desired outcomes for each group through an experiential learning environment. The Victors Edge™ Coordinator/Facilitator will also recruit and hire a team of facilitators and summer camp staff to deliver the program. They will also track outcomes from the program and impact on clients served. This team member will need to possess leadership and communication skills to promote and deliver the Victors Edge™ Program components. This position will identify and train support staff, including high adventure facilitators and group activity leaders. This project champion will work with the Eagle Village Marketing team to grow and expand the Victors Edge Program, targeting a seven-county region with specific priorities identified. The plan will also include identifying current Eagle Village Camps and Retreats user groups who would be good candidates for further experiential training and growth. Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in a corporate, education, athletic or camp environment. In-depth Eagle Village employee training in trauma informed care, crisis intervention, behavioral management, and verbal intervention is required upon employment.
