Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Work with Systems Chiefs to coordinate the cross functional system team.

Oversee the propulsion system development process (PSDP) governance and reporting (milestone reviews/program reviews/weekly meetings and updates).Work with the SRT engineering functions to prepare ER D budget convergence for milestone approval.

Manage timing and readiness consistency for the entire propulsion system (PRS).Work with the Cost & Finance Manager to manage product cost and program budget during execution.

Responsible for managing quality risks/issues reactively and proactively.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, business, or related degree field10 years of experience in automotive or propulsion5 years of experience as a program or technical managerKnowledge of propulsion hardware, propulsion calibration, and propulsion controlsExperience in program management of complex productsStrong leadership, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work within, as well as lead, cross-functional teamsAble to meet aggressive deadlines and be available to support travel if required
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science or Master of Business AdministrationStrong interest in automotive industry and high-performance vehiclesDirect experience in the development of propulsion systemsKnowledge of and experience with PDP and PSDPBe Part of the Next Era of Performance Engineering at SRT where we are not just building vehicles,we're reigniting a legend.
