The Program Coordinator will work to ensure programs are completed on time and within budget. The role will work cross functionally to manage program outcomes. The Program Coordinator will develop and execute small program plans. As a Program Coordinator, you will:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate office and shop activity and relay customer expectations. Assist the Project Manager in activities including timing, budgets, quality, open issues, and material managementDirect and coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors.
Develop and execute small program plansComplete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverablesCollect data from customers, suppliers, Bill of Material, and other resources to compile reports.
Review project status daily and report percentage of completionPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedAs a Program Coordinator, you will need:
Associate degree or equivalent certification Minimum of 2 years of coordination or skilled trade experienceExcellent customer service skills, very detail oriented, reliable attendance and ability to work overtimeGood written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with different cross functional teamsAbility to follow directions and to prioritize a wide range of assignmentsAbility to compile lessons learned for continuous quality developmentIntermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)A successful candidate may also have:
Bachelors degree in business or engineeringAdvanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft ExcelAbility to work overtime as needed including weekendsOur full-time benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, earned sick time, STD, LTD, 401K, tuition reimbursement, employee referral bonuses, paid vacation, paid holidays.
