Full Time. Full Benefits. Aspire Rural Health System is seeking a Trauma Program Manager! We are looking for someone with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patients.
REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree in Nursing or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in trauma care or emergency services, including clinical and/or leadership roles. Certification as a Trauma Nurse Coordinator (TNCC) or equivalent trauma program management certification. Strong knowledge of trauma system standards, accreditation processes, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated leadership and project management experience within a healthcare setting. Experience working with state or regional trauma systems and community outreach programs preferred. Proficiency in data management software and trauma registry systems preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Trauma Program Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing and advancing the trauma care services within a healthcare organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based trauma care by coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing program development, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. The manager will lead efforts to maintain accreditation standards, implement best practices, and foster continuous education and training for clinical staff. By analyzing trauma data and outcomes, the manager will identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements in patient safety. Ultimately, this role ensures that trauma patients receive timely, effective, and compassionate care, contributing to improved survival rates and recovery outcomes. This role also includes overseeing Aspire's stroke readiness program.
