Job Description

The Position :
This is a professional position under the direction of the Executive Director. Specific hours may vary based on agency needs and the experience and skill set of the selected candidate with the requirement of no less than 30 hours per week. Starting rate of pay is $22/hour.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, but a combination of experience and education may be considered
Key Responsibilities :
  • Conduct client outreach, intake, case management, follow-up services, and referral coordination
  • Schedule, monitor, coordinate, and/or facilitate restorative justice programs for youth and adults
  • Screen cases for program appropriateness, safety concerns, and participant readiness
  • Prepare and maintain accurate case files, documentation, correspondence, and reports before and after mediations and restorative interventions
  • Track program outcomes and participate in data collection, program evaluation, and quarterly reporting activities
  • Assist clients with resource navigation and connections to community supports when appropriate
  • Represent the agency at outreach events, community meetings, educational presentations, and collaborative initiatives
  • Provide administrative, office, and program support as needed
  • Assist with program development, community engagement, and agency growth initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support effective program delivery and organizational success

  • Maintain a positive, welcoming, and inclusive attitude while contributing to a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
  • Proficiency with technology, databases, and virtual platforms
  • Willingness to become a trained mediator and/or engage in ongoing professional development
  • Adaptability and effectiveness in a fast-paced office and virtual environment
  • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries
