Job Description

The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our programs. This position directly impacts the lives of our clients by providing essential support and coordination across various activities. The Program Coordinator is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling budgets, and delivering direct care, all while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Supervisory or staff coordination experience required, Experience providing direct care to individuals with intellectual disabilities Valid Minnesota driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass DHS background studies Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Oakridge Homes-Woodview is seeking a responsible, positive, and experienced Program Coordinator to oversee staff coordination and household operations in a residential setting serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This position combines leadership responsibilities with direct care support to ensure high-quality services and a well‑run home. Essential Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day staff scheduling and household operations Provide guidance, oversight, and support to direct care staff Ensure program standards, policies, and resident needs are met Provide direct care and support to residents as needed Promote a safe, organized, and positive living environment Schedule Full-time position Includes every other weekend Pay & Benefits Starting wage: $18.00-$19.00/hour , based on experience Full-time benefits package, including: 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Flexible spending account Employee assistance program Paid time off Retirement plan About Us Oakridge Homes-Woodview provides quality residential and support services that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.
