Administrative Manager 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars Job Summary To provide leadership, management, policy and program direction for the Chisago Lakes Achievement Center under the direction/discretion of the Executive Director. Responsibilities Preforms and provides oversight of Case Management/Designated manager Function (MN statutes, chapter 245 D) as assigned which includes participating in case management paperwork process, attending IDT meetings, completing Designated Coordinator/Designated manager reports, participating in regular program audits and assist with licensing visit preparation. Ensures compliance and quality of programs and services while maintaining a working knowledge of 245D licensing, regulatory and quality standards. serves as a liaison with other appropriate agencies, organizations and the community to promote the interest of the Chisago Lakes Achievement Center. Assists in the development and implementation of center projects as determined by the Executive Director. Monitors program outcomes in the areas of transportation, programs, supported employment and building and property and submits progress reports to the Executive Director. Provides community liaison and outreach functions for the center by developing and implementation a marketing plan for new client recruitment/enrollment through social media sites and marketing materials. Assists in the development and implementation of new programs and short and long term goals with staff input and under the discretion of the Executive Director. Builds and maintains effective working relationships between all team members and persons served. Qualifications Must meet the qualifications of the Minnesota Statutes Chapter 245D Designated Coordinator/Designated Manager roles. The position requires a 4 year degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in the areas of education/teaching degree, vocational rehabilitation degree, special education degree or social service-related degree. Must have a minimum of 4 years supervisory experience, demonstrated management expertise in policy development, program services/curriculum, community outreach and problem-solving related to programs. Must be proficient with Microsoft office (Outlook/word/Excel). Must demonstrate effective written and oral communication which is professional, timely and respectful. Must possess strong self- management, thinking and interpersonal skills. Must have experience in practicing person-centered principles with individual with disabilities. Must exhibit strong managerial skills. Must be proficient in effective marketing practices and knowledgeable on social media platforms. Must comply with and pass the Department of Human Service background check. Must have a valid Driver's License.

$54,080.00 - $60,320.00 per year
