Program Coordinator Accessible Space 23.00 paid time off United States, Minnesota, Coon Rapids 12455 Magnolia Street Northwest (Show on map) Jun 09, 2026 Description We are seeking a full time Program Coordinator for our location in Coon Rapids!
Program Coordinator responsibilities:
Assist the Program Manager in ensuring that the tasks on resident care plans are completed Assist with schedule changes Ensure completed documentation Provide quality personal care services and health-related services
Program Coordinator Qualifications:
A two-year-degree in a social services area of study or an equivalent combination of experience and education Minimum of two years of experience working with adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injuries in a rehabilitation or transitional long-term-care setting Ability to model excellent work behaviors and team-oriented problem solving Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities Ability to accompany and/or transport residents within the community ASI offers Competitive pay $23.00 starting wage 3 week Paid time off Education dollars Wellness rebates Paid training including First Aid and CPR Learning and advancement opportunities AND The opportunity to make a real difference - every day!
