Candidates must able to manage other staff, able to work 40-45 hours per week, able to pick up staff/clients' phone calls anytime in an emergency situation, able to write effective programs and practice an effective crisis resolution for our clients. Coordinate the delivery of quality client's care by assuring the care plans of direct support staff are complete, accurate, and followed. Be responsible for the performance of and/or oversight of critical client's care activities, including intake, physician and case manager's communications. Provide support for the client in day-to-day program.

Key Requirements:

BS or Master's in a health related field with license. Demonstrated leadership experience in a multifaceted health care system.
