Sr. Program Manager#26-21817 Maple Grove, MN Onsite Job Description The program manager will be responsible for large scale regulatory program management, which spans many functional areas and aligns a process across the medical device businesses. Develop, prioritize and submit project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects. Define project resources, milestones, and lead teams to execute goals. Take ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects that collectively can comprise a program. Support/motivate the local Program Managers to manage the total scope of the required changes necessary to bring their processes up to standards. Support/motivate the local Program Managers to manage the budget and timetable for the implementation of processes in conjunction with our corporate PMO team. Establish teams from all locations/businesses to share best practice and ensure consistency. Provide regular communications of project status to Division staff. Provide training and implementation planning support to all program participants. Plan to evaluate external consultants to optimize costs and benefits. This position is non-exempt with no direct reports. Hours over 40 will be paid time and a half. Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on primarily non-IT business disciplines. 3+ years experience.
