The company's mission is to transform patient outcomes through groundbreaking advancements in medical technology. This position will be instrumental in helping VDYNE achieve these ambitious goals.

THE ROLE

As Program Manager at VDyne, you'll be the connective tissue of the organization - the person who brings Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Clinical, and Executive Leadership into alignment and keeps critical programs moving forward. This is an individual contributor role for someone who leads through influence, thrives on complexity, and finds satisfaction in creating clarity where there isn't any. This role is ideal for someone who believes great execution is a team sport, that the best outcomes happen when every function is aligned, informed, and moving in the same direction, and who takes pride in being the person who keeps everyone connected and moving forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead planning and execution of cross-functional programs including product development and operational milestones in support of VDyne's clinical study initiatives
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical paths
  • Coordinate activities across functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution
  • Identify program risks, drive mitigation plans, and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure action items and decisions are tracked to completion
  • Prepare concise program updates, dashboards, and executive communications
  • Implement and continuously improve project management tools, processes, and best practices
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • 5-10 years of program or project management experience, preferably in medical devices
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with modern project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, Microsoft Project)
  • Ability to influence and drive results without direct management authority Preferred
  • Experience supporting FDA-regulated medical device development and clinical studies
  • Familiarity with design controls, quality systems, and product development processes
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth organization
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

You'll be joining at a pivotal moment - VDyne is actively enrolling patients in clinical studies and advancing toward pivotal trials, which means the programs you manage directly impact patients who have very few treatment options today. This is a small, collaborative organization where your work is visible to leadership and your ability to create clarity and drive execution will have an outsized impact on the company's trajectory. VDYNE is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. To apply or learn more, visit vdyne.com/careers
