SMB's IHS program provides quality 1 on 1 life skills training/coaching for individuals that need extra support maintaining their home, building healthy social relationships or attending appointments. Staff work with participants to reach their potential in 5 key areas: spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and social. The purpose of IHS is to help individuals learn the life skills required to become healthy, more independent and move forward in life. A great IHS Program Coordinator will: Support and work with individuals with a variety of disabilities Lead, supervise and train a small team of IHS staff Attend weekly management team meetings Participate in individual care team meetings Ensure compliance of SMB Disability Solutions' policies and procedures
