We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Domestic Violence Group Co-Facilitator to support our Domestic Abuse Intervention Program (DAIP) and Turning Points groups. This role involves co-leading weekly group sessions for men and/or women, documenting participation and progress, and collaborating with probation officers to support participant accountability and growth.
What You'll Do:
Co-facilitate weekly group sessions using the established curriculum Foster a respectful, accountable, and supportive group environment Track attendance and participation, and assist in preparing progress reports Participate in monthly information-sharing calls with probation officers Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
What We're Looking For:
Must be 18 years or older No diploma or prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and grow Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds Why Join Us?
