About STMA Schools We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12. Position Overview & Responsibilities Responsible for directly supporting the implementation of the Kids Play and Just 4 Kids programs in coordination with the program Coordinators. Plans and implements daily structured activities for children enrolled in the Kids Play and Just 4 Kids programs. Schedule :

Monday-Friday, 10:30am-6:00pm, 7 hours per day year round. Program hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

FTE:

School year: 0.25-1.00 (10-40 hours per week)

Summer:

0.50-1.00 (20-40 hours per week) Shifts vary, shifts of 6 hours or longer include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Salary & Benefits Starting Rate:

$22.17-$25.80 per hour, plus hourly over ride depending upon experience and related education.

Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 21 years old; educational background in elementary education or related field; experience working with preschool age children; supervisory experience; must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a range of temperatures, and in a fast pace physically active and loud environment associated with children's activities.
