Job Description

Job Overview The Solutions Associate serves as a vital link between the business and clients, providing support for the design, build, and optimization of workflows and tools that enhance patient access, onboarding, and ongoing engagement with the specialty pharmacy team. This role directly supports client-facing consulting engagements by helping drive initiatives spanning product development, regulatory compliance, and data and analytics, with an emphasis on optimizing access workflows, staffing models, and technology enablement to improve patient experience and operational efficiency. The Solutions Associate serves as a key partner to client teams—helping translate client needs into actionable solutions, preparing high quality deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholder groups. Acting as a bridge between internal operations, pharmacy teams, technical partners, and external clients, this role strengthens relationships, supports engagement goals, and contributes to consistent, professional client experience.

Victoria St N, Shoreview MN Schedule:
1.0FTE Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM CST Responsibilities Client Engagement Support Support client engagements across the full engagement lifecycle, including discovery, current-state assessment, solution design, implementation planning, execution, and closeout. Coordinate with Project Managers to align deliverables with engagement structure and timelines. Develop, format, and quality-check client-facing deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professional presentation. Develop and strengthen working relationships with client stakeholders and internal support teams through timely and consistent communication, responsiveness, and follow-through. Product Development and Implementation Collect, organize, and synthesize client feedback to support identification of product or service enhancement opportunities. Assist with documenting product requirements, workflows, and implementation considerations for new or evolving consulting offerings. Support pilot implementations of new products or services, including timeline tracking, deliverable coordination, and issue logging. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client and market insights are reflected in product materials and methodologies. Ensure data and insights are documented for reuse in future engagements and internal knowledge repositories. Strategic Support Compile and summarize market research, client insights, and engagement learnings to inform leadership decision-making. Support internal planning initiatives related to service expansion, operational optimization, and innovation. Contribute to development of internal tools, templates, and playbooks that improve engagement efficiency and consistency. Business Travel Must be willing to travel to client sites as needed. Required Qualifications
B.S./B.A.
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent of 5 years of recent/relevant specialty or infusion pharmacy experience 5 years Progressive pharmacy experience 3 years Working knowledge or specialty medication reimbursement processes and barriers including knowledge of commercial and government payer requirements and authorization workflows. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field Experience with URAC/Joint Commission standards, payer processes, and specialty therapy access workflows. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
