Job Description

For this role we are offering a salary range of between $68,357-$81,989. As a Program Director, you will provide leadership and direction for community-based programs including Wraparound, Supported Family Time, Safe Harbor, and a Parent Home Visiting Program. You will manage the overall program operations of these programs and ensure program compliance with applicable laws and service agreements/contracts, meet reporting requirements to funders and be cognizant of adequate funding for opportunities and planning of services. Responsible for facility oversite and assuring required maintenance is completed. Excellent writing skills are necessary as well as the ability to speak publicly to promote the services. Knowledge regarding family systems, mental health, and trauma-informed care is strongly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required. Knowledge/experience with budgets and financial management preferred. Knowledge of Word and Excel computer programs to execute job duties. Service line knowledge specific to the populations served. Specialized training will be provided for Safe Harbor, Wraparound and Parents as Teachers services.
