Job Description
Job Overview The R D Program Coordinator will support the Vice President of Research & Development and help coordinate strategic initiatives, leadership priorities, and day-to-day operations across the R D organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys keeping projects moving, supporting leaders, and improving team coordination. Highlights of your role Coordinate R D programs, projects, timelines, milestones, and action items. Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, materials, presentations, notes, and follow-up communications. Assist with departmental planning, budgeting, reporting, purchasing, and resource coordination. Serve as a central point of coordination for cross-functional communication and project updates. Support department operations, onboarding activities, organizational resources, events, and process improvements. Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, business operations, executive support, or a related role. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and follow-through skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and drive work to completion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. Also want to make sure you have Experience supporting an engineering, product development, or R D organization. Experience coordinating strategic initiatives, project portfolios, or business operations activities. Experience creating executive-level presentations, dashboards, and leadership communications. Familiarity with budgeting, resource planning, and financial reporting processes. Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and organizational initiatives.
