Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Systems Supervisor to provides day-to-day supervision and leadership across PACT's regional systems and programs while leading implementation of the grant-funded Rural Health Transformation Project focused on Adolescent and Children's Mental Health. This position supervises assigned Program Coordinators and lead staff; supports alignment across school, prevention, family support, evaluation, and System of Care initiatives; and works closely with organizational leadership to connect program and system-level work with direct-service implementation. The position also builds and coordinates cross-sector partnerships with county agencies, public health, healthcare organizations, mental health providers, community organizations, and other regional partners to strengthen collaboration, improve referral pathways, and support organizational and project goals. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and support to assigned PACT Program Coordinators and lead staff, including oversight of work plans, priorities, performance, professional development, and cross-program coordination. Provide organizational leadership and coordination across PACT's regional systems and programs portfolio, including school, prevention, family support, evaluation, and other assigned initiatives. Lead implementation of the Rural Health Transformation Project - Adolescent & Children's Mental Health Initiative, including project timelines, deliverables, performance measures, and achievement of project goals and objectives. Strengthen alignment across PACT programs and funding initiatives to support shared regional System of Care goals rather than separate grant-funded efforts. Maintain and strengthen relationships with schools, county agencies, public health, healthcare organizations, mental health providers, community partners, and families to identify emerging needs, improve referral pathways and access, and support cross-sector collaboration. Coordinate outreach, collaborative planning, technical assistance, and capacity-building activities that strengthen regional partnerships and coordinated systems of care. Work closely with the other supervisors and program coordinators to strengthen integration across PACT's regional System of Care, including prevention and early identification, referral and access, family navigation, Wraparound and Family Liaison supports, transition services, aftercare, and continuity of care. Support implementation of family-centered and evidence-informed approaches, including Wraparound and Family Group Decision Making (FGDM), as appropriate. Collaborate with evaluators, Program Coordinators, project staff, and partners on data collection, evaluation, continuous quality improvement, reporting, and organizational planning. Prepare or assist with grant reports, implementation updates, and presentations, and represent PACT at collaborative, committee, community, regional planning, conference, and partner meetings as assigned. Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Prior Experience Bachelor's degree in education, social work, public health, human services, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, master's degree preferred. Experience in program or project coordination, behavioral health, education, prevention, family services, healthcare, community engagement, or related fields preferred. Previous supervisory, team leadership, or staff development experience required. Strong leadership, supervision, communication, facilitation, organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across agencies and manage competing priorities. Understanding of behavioral health, education, county, healthcare, and community-based systems, with the ability to analyze information, identify trends, support continuous quality improvement, and communicate findings effectively. Experience working with diverse populations and commitment to culturally responsive, youth- and family-centered practices.

TRAVEL:

Significant travel throughout PACT's five-county service area, with occasional travel within Minnesota. Valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle required. Some late afternoon and evening meetings may be required.
