Job Description
Description Lead a program that empowers youth to build skills, confidence, and pathways to wellness. The Youth CPRC Director provides strategic and operational leadership for our Youth Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CPRC). In this role, you'll guide clinical quality, program operations, and team development to ensure youth and families receive effective, strengths-based mental health services. This leader collaborates across teams and community partners to ensure services are accessible, coordinated, and aligned with best practices and certification standards, supporting our mission to inspire hope and promote wellness. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about youth behavioral health and enjoys combining clinical leadership with program development. You'll have the chance to shape service delivery, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and help expand meaningful mental health supports for young people and families in the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and oversight of the Youth CPRC program, ensuring alignment with certification standards, CARF standards, and organizational policies Ensure appropriate client eligibility determination, timely enrollment, and coordinated discharges Monitor and support high-quality clinical care through outcome data, fidelity measures, and evidence-based practices Oversee implementation and clinical oversight of treatment protocols and wellness planning Guide teams in using clinical data and program metrics to strengthen service effectiveness and outcomes Provide direction during client crises and review critical or clinically significant events Foster collaboration between CPRC teams, other internal departments, and community partners to support integrated care Lead staff development, training, and supervision to ensure services are delivered within scope and aligned with standards Manage program operations, including performance management, coaching, and team development Prepare and submit required program reports and ensure compliance with Department of Mental Health requirements Education, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Master's degree required
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least one (1) year of experience administering a mental health program required if Master's degree is in social work, psychology, counseling or related field At least two (2) years experience administering a mental health program required if Master's degree is in an administrative field A valid, unrestricted, driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW valid in the state of Missouri required.
