Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Service Coordinator to oversee the coordination and management of homecare services. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, experience in program development, and a compassionate approach to working with individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring quality service delivery, fostering positive relationships with clients and staff, and managing administrative and programmatic functions to support our mission of providing exceptional care. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with agency standards and client needs. Develop and implement individualized service plans tailored to each client's requirements. Foster strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners to promote collaborative care. Supervise staff members, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality service provision. Manage program operations, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee budgeting activities related to service programs, ensuring proper allocation of resources. Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, service plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Requirements Proven experience in management or program development within social work or behavioral health settings. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs. Strong relationship management skills to build trust with clients, families, and community partners. Previous administrative experience including documentation, reporting, and record keeping. Supervisory experience overseeing staff or care teams in a healthcare or social services environment. Knowledge of budgeting principles relevant to program management. Familiarity with social work practices and behavioral health interventions is preferred.
