Job Description
Primary Duties Performed Prepare materials for delivery from an approved program. May customize materials to meet the identified performance needs of the client. Deliver instruction in a classroom setting for both and in person and virtual formats. May consult with clients to identify strategic opportunities, assess business and performance needs, and design and implement solutions required to enhance the performance of people and organizations. Additional deliverables include, but are not limited to class rosters, worksheets, handouts, course evaluations, and certificates. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, plus one (1) years of experience Associate's Degree or equivalent plus three (3) years of experience Five (5) years of experience - Industry recognized credential may be required Industry and/or training certification(s) desired, e.g.
