This role provides administrative and operational support for the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Division and other pediatric specialty divisions as needed. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting clinical research initiatives and fostering effective communication among physicians, staff, patients, and community partners to help deliver exceptional pediatric care. Essential Responsibilities Provide administrative support including but not limited to, scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination and correspondence. Coordinate patient outreach activities, appointment communications, educational materials, and program-related travel arrangements. Support division operations by maintaining schedules, contact lists, meeting minutes, physician onboarding activities, and departmental documentation. Assist with clinical research and program initiatives, including regulatory documentation, study records and data entry. Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings, conferences, audits, and special events. Manage travel arrangements, reimbursements, and logistics for Pediatric physicians and staff. Support data collection, reporting, and compliance activities for specialty programs and research studies. Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, researchers, and external organizations. Provide cross-functional support and coverage for departmental operations as needed. Other duties as assigned Shift Monday•Friday 8:00 a.m.•5:00 p.m. Minimum Qualifications An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range:
$17.40•$23.85 hourly
