Overview The Assistant Community Integration Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Community Integration Coordinator in managing the day-to-day operations of the Community Integration (COI) Program. They are responsible to the person-served to support and encourage quality life experiences in accordance with Endless Options, Inc.'s mission statement. The Assistant Community Integration Coordinator serves as a team member and provides opportunities for the person-served to obtain their personal goals. Job Responsibilities The Assistant Community Integration Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and daily operations of community integration programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include ensuring Individual Plan objectives are implemented, coordinating meaningful group and community activities, maintaining accurate service documentation, and assisting with staff scheduling, supervision, training, and performance evaluations. This role also supports individual planning and annual reviews, monitors program safety and regulatory compliance, maintains communication with families and service providers, and helps ensure quality, person-centered services. The Assistant Coordinator serves as an agency coach, providing staff feedback and training while modeling Endless Options' core values of Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Relationships, and Teamwork. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and professional skills. Ability to read and write reports and perform basic math. Valid driver's license. Ability to complete and maintain all required certifications and training, including medication administration, CPR, First Aid, abuse and neglect, and positive behavior support training.
