The Women's Program Staff Intern serves alongside staff to support the day-to-day life of a women's residential recovery program. This internship is designed for recent Adult & Teen Challenge graduates who feel called to grow in servant leadership while encouraging women as they pursue freedom, healing, and lasting transformation. Interns help cultivate a safe, structured, and hope-filled home where residents can grow spiritually and personally, while gaining practical experience in ministry-focused support and program operations. Requirements Adult & Teen Challenge graduate (recent graduates preferred). Demonstrated commitment to personal recovery, spiritual growth, and Christian values. Able to maintain confidentiality, healthy boundaries, and a supportive presence. Servant-hearted, patient, and compassionate—committed to encouraging others with humility and respect. Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Able to complete routine operational tasks as needed.
