Completes, with detailed instructions, assignments in support of one or more weapon, product/service, or reimbursable programs. Duties and Responsibilities Assists in the program management activities to manage one or more moderate to significantly complex program elements. Provides input into the review and execution of innovative solutions to technical issues Participates in the development of cost and schedule framework for projects and program elements Participates in the establishment of production/project definitions, maintenance of schedules, and engineering releases associated with weapon or reimbursable programs Assists in the technical, administrative, and logistical liaison roles with company, Department of Energy, design agencies, laboratories, integrated contractors, and other government agencies for one or more program elements Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with other internal business units You Must Have Bachelors Degree required Must graduate from an accredited college or university since May 2026, or will graduate by May 2027 Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job United States Citizenship Ability to obtain and maintain, if required for position, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations) We Value Bachelors degree is Business or Engineering
