Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee the youth programs within our organization. This role is essential for providing services and opportunities to youth to promote positive choices, work ethics and parenting skills provided through the program and/or other grant funding sources. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic planning, relationship management, and fundraising expertise to enhance our outreach and impact within the community. Duties Responsible for the overall functioning and coordination of services and aspects of the youth programs under the organization. Supervise all staff associated with above programs. Oversee budget(s) for programs. Maintain sound fiscal management expenditures, tracking and documentation. Implement all Program Polices as outline in the P&P Manual. Ensure all program activities are in accordance with the agency and programs mission and values. Ensure contract compliance. Recruit corporate partners in the area and maintenance of those relationships. Recruit corporate mentors for worksite youth. The coordinator will facilitate/oversee formal training for worksite mentors. Responsible for training materials and community collaboration for on-going training to mentors and businesses. Responsible for overseeing that proper screening procedures are utilized in assessing for appropriate corporate mentors. Coordinate and partner with other community mentoring programs to share in recruitment, training, program development, publicity, and public awareness activities. Coordinate annual Recognition Banquet and assist with all other activities. Coordinate quarterly Advisory Board Meetings. Learn the basic information of the New Madrid County Human Resources Council Community Partnership and its role. Ensure all performance goals are reached. Seek funding opportunities. Participate in grant writing. Other duties as assigned by the
