Care Manager (Senior Living)

Position Overview We are seeking an autonomous, high-energy Care Experience Manager to take complete on-site ownership of our existing facility accounts. This is a unique, hybrid leadership role that is 50% Care Quality Assurance & Leadership and 50% Relationship Marketing & Community Presence . Instead of chasing cold leads across a massive territory, you will run our on-site office, embedded directly within the community. Your mission is to protect our brand footprint, serve as the executive "fixer" for building leadership, celebrate and coach our caregiver collective, and seamlessly intercept new residents the moment they move into the building. Core Responsibilities & Duties 1. On-Site Relationship Marketing & Community Footprint 2. Care Quality Assurance & Caregiver Leadership Required Experience & Attributes 3+ years of experience in senior living operations, premium home care management, medical sales, or high-end hospitality management. Deep familiarity with senior care dynamics, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and care planning software (AxisCare experience is a plus). Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and a natural ability to command respect from clinical directors while showing immense empathy to anxious family members. A refusal to tolerate mediocrity. You take pride in pristine brand presentation and don't accept handwritten fixes or bent brochures on your watch. Experience running an independent office or account footprint with minimal day-to-day oversight, treating the site as if it were your own business.
