Job Description
Job Summary A global digital payments network is hiring a Senior Program Manager to drive the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives within its Authentication Solutions platform. This role is responsible for ensuring technical programs are delivered on time, aligned to organizational objectives, and meet desired outcomes by combining strong program management discipline, technical understanding, and effective stakeholder communication. Responsibilities Drive progress across complex, cross-functional technical programs by making timely decisions and removing blockers. Decompose ambiguous or complex problems into manageable workstreams from ideation through execution. Organize and prioritize work to optimize delivery, negotiating priorities and escalating risks or issues as needed. Maintain program artifacts, track SDLC milestones, and actively manage dependencies and target dates. Ensure shared understanding and stakeholder buy-in by clearly communicating solutions and their impact. Facilitate effective meetings, document decisions, and build consensus across technical and business teams. Use data to optimize delivery approaches and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and status updates. Manage scrum delivery and understand system functionality, architecture, dependencies, and customer use cases. Represent team services to internal stakeholders and external partners, engaging developers or subject matter experts when appropriate. Actively manage dependencies and influence vendors and partners to ensure alignment with program goals. Deliver work independently while collaborating with peers and leadership as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications Proven experience in technical program management with the ability to manage projects across multiple teams. Experience with resource planning and capacity management. Proficiency in scrum delivery methodologies. Strong understanding of business context, customer use cases, and technical systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, build consensus, and clearly articulate decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and coordinate with stakeholders. Intermediate level of competency in technical program management. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Aha!, JIRA, or similar tools. Experience with metrics, reporting, and demonstrating delivery improvements using data.
