Job Description

Advising Coordinator Location:
Poplarville Status:
Full-time (12 months)
Professional Staff Overview:
The purpose of this position is to provide educational and career counseling and advising to students and maintain daily operations of the advisement center. This includes assigning advisors, supervising support staff and student workers, and managing events coordinated by the office. Professional experience with advising in the community college setting and Microsoft Office proficiency is required. Experience with the Banner Student Information system is recommended.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree preferred
