full-time Graham Engineering is hiring a Program Manager We're looking for a Program Manager to lead the coordination of a high-volume portfolio of land development projects. This role is the central point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies - keeping projects organized, on schedule, on budget, and well documented.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating schedules, milestones, and deadlines across multiple projects Tracking due diligence, entitlement, and permitting timelines Maintaining project files, contracts, and regulatory documentation Facilitating communication among engineers, architects, contractors, and agencies Preparing correspondence, meeting agendas/minutes, and reports Supporting project setup, invoicing, and administrative needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and licensure preferred Experience in civil engineering, architecture, land planning, or real estate Background in land development and high-volume rollouts Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software Proven leader and manager Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
