Job Description

Description Psychiatric Medical Care (PMC) seeks to hire a compassionate RN to join our tenured Intensive Outpatient Program (Senior Life Solutions). We partner with Barrett Hospital and Healthcare, serving older adults in the Dillon, MT community since 2023.

Older Adults, Ages 65+
Schedule :
Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) (
Note:
No Call / No Weekends) You'll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults!

What We Offer:
Work-Life Balance:
Monday-Friday No Weekends No On-Call Requirements As a Program Clinic Nurse, you will focus on the 3Cs; Care, Community, and Compliance.
Care:
Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team, including a psychiatric physician, a social worker, and a CNA, to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients enrolled in the behavioral health program.
Community:
Engage your local community to develop and deliver educational presentations, workshops, and seminars in the community to promote understanding and awareness of mental health issues and inform of the resources PMC can provide.
Compliance:
Contribute to the enhancement of the behavioral health program by providing insights and feedback on patient care processes, program development, and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and community outreach efforts.
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Montana, OR Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Montana. Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing
  • required. Psychiatric Nursing experience
  • preferred. Passion for working with Older Adults
  • preferred.
