Begins $50,616 with comprehensive benefits package Sampson County Senior Services is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to plan, coordinate, and supervise the Adult Day Health Care Center . This position i s responsible for the daily operation of the program, staff supervision, scheduling, reporting, inventory, billing, and compliance with applicable state standards for Adult Day Health Care Centers. A key responsibility will be recruiting and retaining program participants and increasing awareness of Adult Day Care Services . The successful candidate will develop and implement effective marketing and outreach strategies, including building referral relationships with local physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, senior centers, churches, caregivers, and other community organizations . The position will also represent the program at community events, develop promotional materials, follow up on referrals, and educate families and healthcare professionals about available services. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services , Public Health, Gerontology or related field. Experience in senior services, adult care, or a related field . Management or supervisory experience in an adult care setting. Certification or training in Facility Administration and Family or Adult Care Facilities. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree with coursework in human services, business, or a related field. Minimum of two years of supervisory or administrative experience. Training and experience providing services to older adults. Strong communication , leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, proactive, and innovative leader who can balance quality care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, program administration, and active participant recruitment and community outreach to strengthen and grow the Adult Day Health Care Center .APPLY:
