Duties Lead the design and implementation of after-school curriculum tailored to diverse student needs and developmental levels Supervise staff members, including teachers, aides, and volunteers, ensuring effective team management and adherence to program standards Coordinate daily program activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and schedules are maintained Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and community partners to support student success and engagement Maintain detailed records using educational administrative software for attendance, progress reports, and incident documentation Oversee childcare operations within the program environment to ensure a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere Develop new initiatives to enhance program offerings based on feedback and educational best practices Experience Strong working knowledge of productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational administrative software systems Experience working directly with students of various age groups, especially in after-school or childcare environments Prior involvement in program development or educational programming that promotes student engagement and learning outcomes Excellent writing skills for documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders This position is an excellent opportunity for passionate individual eager to lead impactful programs that shape young minds.
