  • Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Qualified Professional Partial Hospitalization Group Facilitator to join our team. This position plays a key role in our Partial Hospitalization Program, a short‑term, intensive service designed for acutely mentally ill children or adults. The program provides structured therapeutic interventions aimed at preventing hospitalization or supporting individuals transitioning from inpatient care. Our mission is to promote stability, enhance functioning, and reduce recidivism. Key Responsibilities Facilitate therapeutic groups for adults and/or children within the Partial Hospitalization Program Provide direct mental health support, including crisis management and intensive case management Coordinate and link individuals to external providers and community resources Deliver skills training, therapeutic groups, substance use intervention, and other rehabilitative supports Complete the initial development and ongoing revision of personalized person‑centered plans (PCPs) and ensure implementation of treatment plans Complete required documentation, including NC‑TOPPS Obtain weekly service authorizations Collaborate with internal medical and non‑medical providers Engage community and natural supports to enhance treatment outcomes Incorporate client input throughout the treatment process Qualifications Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional as defined by state regulations Experience facilitating therapeutic groups with children and/or adults Strong understanding of person‑centered planning Ability to manage crises and coordinate care across multiple systems Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Why Join Us Meaningful work that directly impacts the lives of individuals in crisis Supportive, collaborative team environment
Education Requirements:
A graduate of a college or university with a Master's degree in a human service field. Must have one year of full-time post-graduate degree accumulated MH/SU experience with the population served. Or graduate of a college or university with a Bachelor's degree in a human service field and has two years of full-time, post Bachelor's degree accumulated MH/SU experience with the population served. Or a graduate of a college or university with a Bachelor's degree in a field other than human services and has four years of full-time, post Bachelor's degree accumulated MH/SU experience with the population served.
