Position Summary 1Eleven Recovery is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director to oversee the daily operations of our behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment programs. The Program Director will provide leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise clinical and support staff, and promote high-quality client care in alignment with state and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a passion for recovery services, strong organizational skills, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for the treatment program.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable North Carolina regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
  • Supervise and support clinical, medical, and administrative staff.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to maintain quality care and operational excellence.
  • Monitor program performance through quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage staffing schedules, employee performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and program growth.
  • Maintain positive relationships with referral sources, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and confidentiality practices are followed.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects the values and mission of 1Eleven Recovery. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment.
  • Knowledge of North Carolina substance use treatment regulations and licensing standards.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance, compliance, and program operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred. Preferred Credentials
  • Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-A)
  • Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC/LCMHC-A)
  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)
  • Other applicable behavioral health licensure or certification What We Offer
